The Philippine Agribusiness Lands Investments Center (PhilAgriBizLands Center) is the brainchild of Agriculture Secretary Arthur C, Yap with the expressed mandate of consolidating basic information about available new agribusiness lands throughout the Philippines and the attendant agribusiness opportunities.
Located at the ground floor of the Department of Agriculture Office of the Secretary Building along Elliptical Road in Diliman, Quezon City, the PhilAgriBiz Center offers the following services to anyone seeking to explore the potentials of agribusiness in the Philippines' new lands.

To effectively provide the aforementioned services, the PhilAgribizLands Center works closely with the Bureau of Soils and Water Management, Bureau of Agricultural Research, Department of Environment and Natural Resources, National Commission on Indigenous People, University of the Philippines at Los Baños, National Agricultural & Fishery Council, Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Foreign Chambers of Commerce, Department of Trade & Industry, Securities and Exchange Commission, Bureau of Internal Revenue, Department of Agriculture Field Operation Services, and Regional Field Units.
Presently, the PhilAgriBizLands Center manages the DA Biofuel Feedstock Development Program which encompasses coordination with the Department of Energy for identification of market prospects, identification and promotion of agribusiness lands for biofuel feedstock to the investor community, establishment of feedstock nurseries, linkage to technology provides and to financing facilities, coordination with the Department of Science and Technology for research and development on alternative biofuel feedstock, and coordination with the other National Biofuel Board members in the implementation of the National Biofuels Program.
PhilAgriBiz Center also extends general forms as assistance to biofuels investors for their projects' basic requirements namely:
- Identification of possible plantation areas, which include:
a. assistance and provision of general support in the identification and evaluation of suitable agricultural lands
b. endorsement of the project to interest and qualified landowners
c. provision of complete data and information necessary in the implementation of the project
- Consolidation, packaging, and contract negotiation with land owners
- Faciliation of endorsements, accreditations, licenses, and permits from concerned government agencies

The Philippine Agribusiness Exports Showroom takes pride in its ample collection of Philippine's best agri & food products. Driven by its goal of bringing Filipino-made products closer to the global market, the showroom provides a one-stop center for exportable agriculture and food export products from all over the country, offering a convenient place to meet and transact business among the local and international trade buyers.
The Showroom is a setting where:
- Food Processors and Manufacturers can promote their products in the export market, get updates on global market needs, trends and strategies, and launch their new products in the market.
- Farmers and Fisherfolks can access distant markets in the comfort of their own regions through satellite service, retrieve information on global market trends and demands, and use this information for the modification of their produce and products.
- Buyers and Suppliers can meet and forge agreements on the marketing of products in local or foreign markets.
- Entrepreneurs can take advantage of franchising packages, and get information on agri-products, commodities and services.

The Showroom is a permanent display venue for suppliers and manufacturers of ready-to-export fresh and processed food products and non-food agri-based products. It ensures year round availability of the finest Philippine made agri-processed products for prospective buyers to view, negotiate, and conduct buy.
Products and produce featured in the showroom receive first class promotion and advertising, thus increasing the opportunity for export and reaching mainstream distribution.
The Showroom also conducts product presentations and briefings, together with seminars and workshops on packaging and other entrepreneurial skills.

PhilAgriBiz Center is being managed by the Philippine Agricultural Development and Commercial Corporation (PADCC), the designated agribusiness marketing, investment promotion and project development corporate arm of the Department of Agriculture.
